COURSE OVERVIEW
The WSQ AI-Powered Agentic Process Automation (APA) course introduces participants to the fundamentals of large language models (LLMs) and their applications in automation. Learners will explore AI models such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude, understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and use cases. The course covers retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), text embedding, vector databases, and similarity search, equipping participants with the knowledge to enhance AI-driven automation.
Additionally, learners will dive into implementing multiagent AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen. Through hands-on training, they will set up and run AI-powered agents, assess automation feasibility, and optimize AI-driven decisionmaking. By the end of the course, participants will be proficient in leveraging AI for business automation and workflow improvements.
